Why

To answer you, prepare your shortlist and, if you go ahead, to provide our services. The legal basis is your request and our pre-contractual relationship.

Who sees it

Our advisers and, only when needed for your purchase and with your agreement, the lawyers, developers or banks involved. Form emails are delivered through FormSubmit; the assistant runs on Cloudflare Workers AI and does not store conversations.

How long

While we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, unless the law requires longer.
