    Questions buyers ask us

    Can I get a mortgage as a non-resident?

Yes, UAE banks lend to non-residents, usually up to about half of the value, depending on your income.

    Is off-plan a good idea?

It can be, with a solid developer and escrow. We compare payment plans and resale liquidity before recommending any.

Can I let the property on short stays?

Yes, with a holiday-home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism; we can arrange management.

Do I pay tax on rent?

Not in the UAE. Your home country may tax it if you remain resident there.
